KHT-2600 Card dispenser

The KHT-2600 card dispenser with push type mechanism and two exchange cartridges for up to 1.000 cards. The card magazines can be controlles separately and so allows the dispensing of two different card types out of one device. The exchange cartridges allows a quick and easy refilling of the dispenser. With the robust and compact design, this device is suitalbe for integration in machines with low hight. The optional slide-door mechnism allows the lateral inclination of the cartridges for exchange.

The KHT-2600 can furhter collect cards (card capture function) which are e.g. defective and return them into the dispenser, in a capture box or over a card slide under the device. The device allows an intelligent monitoring of all card processes like: low card warning, card empty warning as well as capture bin full. Further the baud rate changes automatically (9600 bps – 19.200 pbs).

The push type mechanism was developed for card which are difficult to separeate, because of material (stattically charged) or which are frequently used (canteens etc.). This mechanism ensures the single output and prevents card jam in the dispenser. This model is availabel with RS-232 interface.
